For VERSFINANZ Mag. Lasch & Partner GmbH, VERSFINANZ for me was implemented as a CRM and document management system for one of the largest and most successful Austrian insurance brokers. The core functionality is the administration of customers, contracts, and claims, including a fast search and extensive Microsoft Office integration. The system also offers automated commission accounting, data reconciliation of contracts via OMDS, an online comparison program including quoting and policy issuance for car and private contracts, as well as the possibility for direct reporting of claims.
A key added value of VERSFINANZ for me is the use of artificial intelligence for automated document processing. Uploaded documents – such as photos of registration certificates – are intelligently analyzed, with relevant contract and document data automatically identified and accurately assigned to the corresponding attributes (e.g., license plate number, initial registration). The extracted information is clearly presented, allowing users to review and verify it at any time. This eliminates the need for time-consuming manual data entry, resulting in significant time savings and improved data quality.
The Telephone Emergency Service of the Diocese of Linz has been accompanying people in
stressful life situations for many years –
confidentially, empathetically, and professionally. To support this work, the DigitalJournal is used,
a digital tool for call recording and documentation.
Supporting functions: 1. Anonymized documentation of consultations: Calls are documented in the
DigitalJournal in a data protection-compliant and anonymized manner
to enable structured traceability. 2. Institution directory: An integrated list of institutions offers
further help for
those seeking advice and supports the counselors in referrals. 3. Statistical evaluation: The anonymized
data helps to
further develop the offers of the Telephone Emergency Service in a target-group-oriented manner.
The DigitalJournal contributes to ensuring the quality of counseling and relieving the employees in their
